North East England Kid friendly Holidays

Very expensive for our 2 night stay with breakfast. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was cluttered and very very dusty with long hairs in the wardrobe Garden could have been lovely but lots of tired looking furniture. Breakfast good, good selection, and served at the table. All in all not worth the very expensive price we paid and would not stay again.

We had an excellent stay at the Mauldron Hotel, it was located 3 minutes from the train station and a 18 minute walk to Leezes Park where we were heading. We were able to check in 1 hour early which was fantastic. The room was huge and nipping clean. Very comfortable bed and was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything from cereal, yoghurt, porridge, meats, cheese, bread, hot food, bacon sausage etc. I would highly recommend staying here, we certainly will stay again!
