The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great.

Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and big. The only thing I noticed was that they had Shampoo x 2 and body wash in the shower instead of Shampoo and Conditioner, but that might’ve been a small oversight. Would still recommend one hundred percent.

The rooms, facilities, location and amenities are all wonderful. Great property for families. The 4 stars is due to the lack of staff at times. The breakfast buffet was delicious however, during peak hours there were many tables that were not cleaned timely which left us waiting before we could sit. The same was true when attempting to get service poolside. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming, it just felt like they were understaffed. Would definitely return.

Room was great but a little stuffy. A/C was limited and so was ventilation.

The restaurant is excellent and the wait staff very kind and attentive. I highly recommend the breakfast. The hotel sends a few texts reminding you if you need something to text them, but they don’t respond to the texts and it’s hard to find anyone at the front desk after 9pm. Beds are very firm ( too firm for me but some may like that). They don’t service the rooms daily so you have to go to the front desk if you want towels etc. Portable cooling units cause the window to be partially open so prepare for street noise. It’s a very cute place but not very comfy. Price is very reasonable so overall, you get what you pay for.
