Other than the carpet which was a bit worn, the room was very nice and all the features in it were clean and nice. There was a fridge (which wasn't mentioned) for which I was quite thankful. The pool was so warm and amazing (in March) and there was a hot tub (I don't recall seeing that on the web site). You got a free chaise longue chair and towel at the beach but had to pay $28 for an umbrella for a day. But overall a really good value for the money. And the garden dining area (I didn't eat there) was lovely and charming and so was the courtyard in the Bouchon next door (the two hotels were basically connected and you check in at the Bouchon).

This hotel is so beautiful and the staff is so kind and accommodating. The pool and beach areas are stunning, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfortable, and the location is perfect. It’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to go back again!

Near walking distance from the Pier, and close to the port. Views are amazing. Staff was professional at check in but very cold and seemed inconvenienced to check us in. Not a family friendly establishment. We waited over 2 hours to get a remote for the TV and was told during the process to look through all the cabinets for the remote. In doing so we found open condom box with condoms and other intimate items in one of the cabinets from the previous guest staying there. In the snack for purchase basket there was a box of sexual items for purchase which included condoms and a vibrator. All though the view was breathtaking, would not stay there again.

Pool was very nice, the property was even better! Great area with so many options for food. Always felt safe and not too loud.

We waited 2 days and moved 2 rooms before getting our actual room. For that reason the manager upgraded us for the remainder of the week to a 4 bedroom, Oceanfront suite. The property is awesome, but the pool closing at 5:00 is annoying and then closing even earlier for private events is even more annoying. Request a room on the North side of the property to avoid early morning car honking and construction beeps at 7:00 am every day.
