I stayed here for the second time. The buffet and room were 5 stars. My wife and I were jet lagged and we walked out early Monday morning after breakfast to look at the pool. There was no sign saying the deck was closed. A woman started shouting at us and was unhinged. We left and apologized but nobody seemed to care. I understand doing maintenance to your property but don’t yell at your guests. Don’t think I will return if walking into a pool deck gets me yelled at. It’s still a special property near the airport.

A very good traveler hotel in a very convenient location. The hotel itself is impeccable for what intended. Spacious room, courteous and helpful staff.
