I like the location, the rooms, the beds, the surroundings, the service and the restaurant.
The elevators have been slow for several months, and movement on the repair of the third elevator does not seem to be moving forward. This is my main concern. Otherwise, I enjoy staying at this hotel.

Very long line to check in. It felt very disorganized. The air conditioning was not working well and the room was really tired .. definitely needs a new bed. For the price there are much better options in Toronto
