The staff were the best part. There is old carpeting throughout the room, the couch was dirty, there was a mat for in the shower it’s supposed to be clear or frosted and it was yellow the counters were dirty and the bed was extremely soft. I had a problem turning the shower on and as soon as I called to guest services the knew exactly what the problem was so why not fix it.
The staff were top tier Tyler at front desk amazing.

Location was excellent, Staff was friendly, sign in desk said our baggage would be taken to our rooms but that was not the case and it was ok. We did not visit any other amenities in hotel, went out to eat and did not use pool or fitness area.

Perfect stay, close to the Rogers Centre! Beautiful room and view, walkable, highly recommend, especially if you have an event at the Rogers Centre. Staff is friendly, efficient, helpful!
