very old building with bad smell everywhere. Air conditioner was useless, the refrigerator was probably 60 years old and wasn't working. The entrance of the hotel made it look like a long deserted building with no life in it. Beds inside were placed in the room with no consideration to ev, just at random spots like in one mobile tent after a natural disaster of some sort.

Really enjoyed my stay here, highly recommend!

Tout était parfait, un vrai tout inclus. Le seul bémol est qu’il est un peu loin du centre à visiter.

Nice hotel, great location 9 minutes walk from the Arena. They have valet parking by reservation for €25/day. What was not good is the door to the toilet room was very hard to close and almost impossible to open. Also the shower handle should have a holder higher than horizontal. We don’t like the top “rain” position and the only other option is horizontal towards your stomach. Not good. If they fix that (room 9) it will be 5 stars next time.

Excellent location close to the Piazza Bra and Arena. Easy to walk around the old town and shopping areas from there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fine, had all the amenities you would expect.
