Beautiful resort!! Customer Service is top tier, everyone is soooo kind. Resort was clean, well maintained. Every area was enjoyable, not over crowded. Great for anyone wanting a get away & not wanting to get stuck in large crowds.

Very good service, they would go above and beyond to give a great service and accomodate any of your needs. During this time of the year- ends of June the beach is useless. If coming for the beach go to Isla Mujeres. If coming to rest or drink the property is great! Saddly we went because of the Beach and the Kids. Don't know if during a different season the beach looks better

This place is amazing. They greet you with moist towels, a flower and coconut milk...you are treated like royalty here. Everything is immaculate. The service is beyond compare. Everyone is over the top nice and attentive. The food has been out of this world. So many delightful choices and the presentation is stellar. Billyjoel and Rodrigo were our very attentive butlers and they were so accommodating and always made sure we had what we needed. They even suggested things we hadn't thought of. We ate at The Lumiere and Yama (reservations required for both) and they were out of this world. Even the buffets here are incredible.

Nice resort. Only thing I didnt really like was the food. The buffet didn’t have a lot of variety. Lots of salads and pastas. Other resort buffets have a variety of Mexican foods and ceviches. Must reserve exactly at 9am in the morning for the steak house. They give you a window of 9am-5pm. I tried reserving at 9:05 and there wasn’t anything available anymore.

The resort was okay. The resort lacked activities and animation. The food was okay, not too many options to choose from and the alcoholic drinks were very limited. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned. The room service was amazing, the only thing I didn’t like was that you had to leave the plates outside and that didn’t look good. The pool was only sanitized once a day, pool bar was not synced with the pool hours and pool restaurant’s hour. Die to everything I have mentioned and other factors, I give it a 3 star rating.

The hotel is 35-40 minutes North from Cancun airport. It is within a complex of different hotels so you have to pass through two security gates, having the feel of being a very secure place. Since we got there, the service was excellent and the staff super friendly, from the lobby to the waiters at the beach, everybody was helpful at any issue that could come up. There was a day that I forgot my iPhone in one of the beach chairs and when realizing an hour after, they already picked up everything from the beach I went running to the front desk, and they were able to locate my phone in the lost and found!! For me, that was amazing!!! The spa was very good too! I had such a relaxing massage. The hotel was very clean, the room big and the food was good too, considering that usually All inclusive hotels do not have the best food. The beach was very nice, and it had just some sargassum the last couple of days but I am assuming that it was because of the rain that happened those nights. The kids loved it! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was very nice. The food was good. Not enough entertainment for our group.

Great ice cream parlor, sushi, and fish taco/cocktail stands Pool bar should open earlier. Main buffet has a lot of options, just wish it was a bit tastier. Love the juices
