Perfect location and clean environment

Beautifully designed property. Nice accommodations and staffing. In the heart of Times Square easy access to everything. Very secure safe setting and surroundings. Access keys are required on the elevators.

Great location for our first trip to NYC, centrally located and handy for Hudson Yards, High Line and Madison Square Garden. Easily walkable to Times Sq and Empire State and other midtown attractions. Took us about 30 mins to walk to Central Park. The hotel has a very retro feel and look which we loved. We found the standard room a little smaller than expected but it was fine as we were out all day. Just don’t expect the modern style hotel. The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially Hector the concierge who was very helpful sorting our taxi back to airport. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to New York.

The hotel Needs to be updated but the location is what makes this a convenient place to stay. The buffet breakfast was not worth the money. The food was cold and service took forever. Also the staff at breakfast was dropping silverware, clanging dishes. At least we had a $35 credit toward it or I would have complained.

Lots of hot and cold options for breakfast. Hotel bar was nice and the food was good. Bartender was great. Rooms were comfortable.

Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier.
