All of the above was awesome. Clean room. Excellent staff. Fire pits to chillax at. Easy and fast check in and out. Bar on property. Breakfast included. LOCATION was perfect.

Everything was very lovely. It’s SF so you are right downtown. However, the games and some of the lobby furniture condition was subpar. No sand in the shuffleboard and the soccer balls for the soccer plinko we’re all deflated. Half of the furniture in the lobby was in poor condition, including the upstairs lounging area.

The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the doorman to housekeeping. No matter the shift. But an extra special shoutout to the night staff. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Our room was cleaned everyday. The gym also gets my vote. Very centrally located. We requested a microwave and in 20min it was in our room. What a gem this hotel is. Thank you for making my Sons 8th birthday a very special one.

Clean upgraded room in great location on Nob Hill. Staff very helpful too
