"The hotel location is fantastic and the stash are generally very helpful and courteous. My reason for a three star rating was based on personal issues like bed and pillow comfort and noise levels between rooms. The mattress being too soft for my back; and the pillows being too thick for my comfort level. Also the quality of breakfast foods, especially the eggs, in my opinion is substandard. The eggs fell and taste heavily processed. Overall however I think the hotel offers reasonable value and the location makes it's good choice for people seeking a fun bay/harbor experience."

"microwave in every floor of the building would be convenient for guest to warm food not going all the way down the main lobby carrying back aroma of the food up in the elevator with incoming guest situating in their rooms"

"Clean room but noisy. Safe parking."

"The photos of this place look completely different. I paid for a king standard thats suppose to be bigger but the staff gave me a smaller room. He claimed that there was some conference going on and thats why he couldn't give me the bigger room that i purchased. Also THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. Kinda felt like a prison. There were also ants. I dont think i will be coming back."

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The history of this motel, the plants, and the abundant balcony-style flowers give it a uniquely homey feeling, making this a most memorable stay. Roofed garages below each rooms are a hugh bonus for added peace of mind."
