It was a very nice place to stay. Location was excellent for transport which was most of the reason I chose it. The room was good size for London and the shower was excellent. Do be aware that they put a sizable hold on your credit card (mine was £300 for 4 nights) against any money you might spend at the restaurant or damage caused to the room. I thought this was excessive and might not have booked had I been aware.

We loved our stay! Very convenient to walk to local shops and to transportation. We will be back!

My only recommendation is for some better upkeep on the building itself. Lots of scuffs, scratches, non-working outlets, and showers that all of a sudden become boiling hot. The staff were amazing!

I liked the view from the top floor into the trees across the street. It was relaxing and natural.Aptly named place!

Good location for Heathrow Terminal 5 with option of local bus stop outside or access to the pods. Room is a bit dated, but was ok for quick stopover. Could easily hear other guests talking in corridor.
