Best location for The Sphere, everything was perfect !!

Always a wonderful trip here. Big, clean rooms and friendly staff. My only suggestion is that the 'smoke free' walkways in the casino do not work. If someone is sat on an aisle machine/game, then the walkway is no longer smoke free. I do think that there should be smoke free areas of the casino to allow for all guests to enjoy. As a non-smoker, it is extremely unpleasant when a smoker appears next to you and you then have to move to avoid.

had a great overall experience at the Wynn and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a luxury property. However, there was one significant issue that affected our experience. On the morning of our checkout day, we approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to stay in the room for a few extra hours, as our flight was not until 11 PM. We completely understand that the answer could be no, and that late checkout is not always available. That said, the way the request was handled was very disappointing. The response we received was not polite and came with a noticeable negative attitude. There was eye-rolling and an unwelcoming tone, which felt very unprofessional and not aligned with the level of service we expected from a hotel of this standard. We asked to speak with a front desk manager, who was more pleasant, but unfortunately no solution or accommodation was offered. Aside from this interaction, everything else was excellent. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as service at the front desk plays a big role in the overall guest experience.

It's easy to get to and easy to walk to the north end of the strip from it. But parking is an issue and the combination of taxis, food delivery and valet creates bad congestion at times, spilling far into the street. Our upgraded (higher floor) room was splendid but was lacking bath robes. I found the a la carte breakfast prices to be exaggerated so I didn't partake but wanted to sit down for a steak dinner at 10:30 pm - bad luck, that's considered late night and the kitchen was closed. Only a very limited menu was available and nothing for kids (we checked out at 3am so were on an unusual timeline). When my wife couldn't get in the room due to demagnetization of the access card they couldn't figure out how to get her back in "for security reasons" and threatened to call security on her. Hey manager didn't fare much better so I had to call in to suggest a solution (I was not with they at that moment). All in all, for the right price I would stay there again.

our room was very spacious, quiet and the beds were comfortable. location was somewhat central, but in vegas, be prepared to walk miles everyday regardless. temperature was comfortable as well during our stay.

My favorite hotel I've stayed at in Vegas so far. Felt like a true oasis, and the spa was fantastic.
