Eastern Louisiana Luxury Holidays

I came here on a solo trip for my birthday and I stayed for a week. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff Chris(my birthday twin) and his coworker Jasmine. Chris and I chatted about excursions and fun things to do during my stay because it was my first time in New Orleans and I was able to book a couple right at the front desk. Chris made so many good recommendations, especially with having my first meal across the street at Lyons Corner. If I had any questions or any requests they were more than accommodating and willing to help. The evening front desk staff consisted of Roman (who has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the area) and Derrick. They were kind and upbeat. Even when I lingered around in the lobby they had no problem entertaining my inquiries and conversation. The staff go above and beyond and the place is clean and beautiful. The lobby is like a gallery, it consist of pieces of art from the artist Banksy, paintings and as well as huge pieces the sit in the center of the room with lots of comfy lounge chairs, couches & rugs that accompany the space perfectly. To the left is the bar:Loa The staff at Loa are great as well, always willing to accommodate and describe what's in the drinks. My room was clean, spacious and it felt luxurious. When I mentioned something needed to be taken care of, they came through on that request with out any problems. I would definitely come back and stay at this location. Keep up the good work!

Nice balcony, nice room, clean facility, nice staff only issue was pool could be nicer that’s about it.

Beautifully restored gem across Canal Street from the French Quarter. Rooms are top shelf. Bars and restaurants didn’t get the same amount of care. And if there’s a comfortable, private lounge area for guests I couldn’t find it.

Directly across from the Casino, and close enough to walk to all area's and attractions

No Wifi. Repeat, no wifi. I had to use my hotspot. Also, received unrequested wake-up calls (2x) on the 2nd morning of my stay at 6:20 am. The property is tired-looking and long overdue for a renovation. Bathrooms are old with fabric shower curtains. There are no plugs next to the beds, and the key card never worked properly. The staff is lovely - this was the main positive.
