This is not a 5 star hotel as advertised, 4 star at best. Hotel looks tired. Staff friendly and room decent size but lacked quality I would expect from 5 star hotel. Notes everywhere about no smoking and had to sign a disclaimer! Only provide 2 bottles of the room and yet another note to say any others would be chargeable. This is not a hotel I would recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.

Perfect place to stay to explore London. Close to borough market and walking distance to the underground. The bar there was great and we would always end our night with a drink there before heading up to the room!

Loved our stay here, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Even with events happening in the hotel we were well taken care of! Food was absolutely delicious from their Indian restaurant. They truly provided exemplary hospitality and service. Thank you to the LaLIT team, we will be back :)
