Hotel was nice, great location on the Thames although you have to pay extra for the nice view... Not an issue for me as I was just sleeping here when in town for work.
The check in was efficient, friendly. The whole of the property seems in good repair etc. My room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was not entirely clean. One of my colleagues had to be moved room as hers was really not clean.
The bar was nice, service was good.
There are some nice pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants near by if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The area seems very safe to walk round.
The breakfast was very good. the Sausages were very nice and decent bacon too. And the scrambled eggs were nice. Very good for a buffet indeed.
All in all a good place for the money and I would stay again
