Room was very basic and small. We were told we were given a bigger room, god knows what the original room would have been like as it was small. It stated in the info curtains or blinds, we just had shutters. It also said the room had a safe it did not. The staff were lovely, the whole of the hotel just needed a bit of love and updating.

The hotel was better than I expected. The room was lovely and pretty quiet.
No lift so you do have to carry your luggage up the stairs which was not a surprise.
Really close to the train station which made it easy for our really early morning train departure.
The staff were not that friendly which was abit disappointing. But overall hotel totally adequate. We loved our time in Venice, such a beautiful city!

Small clean room with great location. My room had a twin bed and small bathroom but perfect for me as I only slept and showered in the room. Short walk to the bus and train station - easy to find. There is a market nearby where you can buy wine, water and snacks. Would stay again.

The place was fairly easy to find and very close to the Rialto Bridge, so just a 5 minute walk from the waterbus stop. It is down a couple of little alleyways but it seemed quite safe even at night. Good location
Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day
