Rhode Island Coastal Pet-friendly Holidays

My cousin and I stayed at Hotel Loom. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine — clean room, smooth check-in. But when we came back from dinner, the magnetic door lock stopped working, and we were locked out for about 45 minutes. It was really inconvenient after a long day. The front desk lady said she’d “upgrade” us to a room with a better view, but that was honestly nonsense — the room was basically identical, and there isn’t much of a view anyway (the hotel’s in the middle of nowhere, not exactly oceanfront vibes.) It wasn’t the worst stay ever, but between the lock drama and the “upgrade”, we’ll definitely try a different hotel next time.

The room was amazing.

I cannot stop thinking about what a great location and hotel experience I had at the Omni. Everything was walking distance. I literally parked my car and never used it once in the two days in which we stay there. The staff was amazing; the food on property and nightlife were great. I would definitely stay there again.

The aesthetic was amazing

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting Providence to tour Brown and RISD and we were able to easily walk to both. The property itself was beautiful as was our room/apartment we stayed in. We appreciated having a dining space as well as a kitchen to enjoy some meals in. It was very easy to find as well as check in. We were sent very detailed instructions before arriving which was incredibly helpful. We look forward to visiting again sometime.

Room was very clean, bathroom was amazing. Bed was the only issue. Had significant dips and lumps I wouldn't expect a $400/night hotel matress would have.
