Ko‘olauloa District Pet-friendly Holidays

A messed up situation happened when we arrived but the staff went above & beyond to accommodate and make the situation way better and comfortable as we traveled very far for our family trip. Food, drinks and pool was on point. Definitely would recommend booking here.

Alway a great time at the outrigger, ac leaked in the closet and it took some doing for the management to take accountability, really disappointing as we have stayed there many times, as we checked out it turns out it’s a common problem as the AC unit sits inside the closet. No notes were made so they tried to charge for the dried cleaning bill, but the lovely lady that checked us out quickly corrected the mistake. Staff all around are truly amazing, the only hiccup came from management.

Everyone is great and hospitable

Good and recommendable hotel for family vacation. Everythings are there no need to go out for dining or shopping. Location is perfect , easy to go to the beach.

I love how our sheets were changed every day! The house keeping was amazing!
