Great experience, awesome service.

We loved our January vacation here. The staff was so kind, the kids club was a blast, and the all inclusive package was wonderful to have during our stay. The beach was clean and the pools were warm!

Room was nice..beds are not comfortable though rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything in the halls. Staff and drinks are amazing! However the food was just ok.. Riu las americas was way better

We stayed for 7 days and 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was very nice with a great balcony looking out over the ocean and one of the pools. We felt the electrical needed some updating and even had a light that was flickering, not from the bulb but the switch. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person up quickly. He diagnosed it and said he would be back. When we returned later that day the light was working correctly and never flickered again (likely a loose wire behind the switch). We at at the order restaurants and the buffet restaurant. We really enjoyed the Black & White Restaurant which is the steak house. This gets a pretty good wait time so check in early to get a buzzer. We felt that it wasn't a problem because were had plenty to do while waiting (by that I mean sitting having drinks watching the ocean). We at breakfast at the buffet every morning and there are sooooo many choices I believe that anyone should be able to find something for them. Since we were at the pool every day we at lunch at our chairs, although the buffet is another option. They have an area where they set up and cook lunch and you can walk up and get food as you like and they are there for several hours. The activity team does games and other activities poolside and in the pool throughout the afternoon.

The resort was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was one of the best I’ve been to for the white soft sand and low seaweed. The food was amazing everywhere we went on the resort. We didn’t feel the need to upgrade for the extra 2 restaurants because the food was so well done at the ones we had access to. The staff is all super friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. The resort had a very peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The swim out pool was the perfect temperature to lounge in for as long as you want without getting cold. I would absolutely return to this resort.
