Amazing friendly staff and the food was above par and the drinks were nonstop without asking Love this place and would return again…. Highly recommended

The moment you set your foot in the door someone will approach you for their club membership stuff. I tried explaining that just got here let me go to my room and I will get back to him but the guy made me listen to his sales pitch. Last day the bed sheet had dirty marks on them.

Simple but clean room. Would be nice if the bathrooms had ventilation. After my wife “goes”, the paint comes off the walls 😵‍💫😅

The room was spacious and clean, and the interior was luxurious. The beach view was beautiful, though the abundance of seaweed made swimming in the ocean somewhat inconvenient. Nevertheless, it was great to be able to swim and play with the children in the hotel's various pools. The food was fresh and delicious. Here are a few points of disappointment: 1. The faucet water had such a strong chemical odor that our clothes smelled after being washed. 2. Although the stay was "all-inclusive," after every meal, we were presented with a bill displaying the food prices and a suggested tip amount; this made us feel pressured to leave a tip. 3. The hotel offered a supposedly low-cost tour of Isla Mujeres, but it turned out to be a promotional pitch for a membership program. We had a two-hour presentation, and when we declined to sign up because we weren't interested, the staff members became visibly angry.
