This hotel is a lovely blend of a wonderful terraced house tastefully decorated and fitted out to simultaneously recognise the house's heritage and presenting modern amenities, the attention to style and detail was impecable. Clearly a labour of love evrything ran smoothly from introduction, to breakfast presented at our bedroom to our departure.
Kelvingrove museum is ten minutes walk away and the park across the road was a delightful haven.
We would not hesitate to chose this hotel should we return at a future date.

Really friendly staff and really clean hotel.
The alley way behind the property is a different story altogether.
Drug dealers and takers in the day and late night. And at 4-5am every morning, artic and loading and unloading cages for an hour and a half! I won’t stay there again
