Beautiful hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are well-appointed, good air conditioning (it was a heat wave when we visited), but the pillows and bed could have been more comfortable for an otherwise excellent hotel.

"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Within walking distance of many historic landmarks. 5 minutes from Trevis fountain and Spanish steps. 15 minutes from the Coliseum. The customer service is great. Alma on the front dest is the best. Very attentive and always gave us great suggestion."
