"Air conditioning in the room failed, the à la carte restaurants only allow for one dessert, and very slow service, the pools are warm, you have to be 18 or older to play pool in kids arcade, the pina colada was terrible, there were no elevators, no servers around the pool, you have to check out towels, ..."
