Clean, friendly staff. Very comfortable beds

Could not see threw windows as condensation trapped between glass very small space to move at bottom off bed

This hotel was chosen because it is directly opposite the Philharmonic. It was perfect in every way. We have been to Liverpool many times and it is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

room was fabulous, staff so friendly, so helpful when confused with air conditioning! overall amazing hotel would definitely return!

A very warm welcome on arrival, with a clear explanation given of things that we needed to know. Help offered with bags and an escort given to our more than pleasant booked room (Cathedral View). Facilities in room all that one might require, and with a comfortable bed. Very tasty breakfast options available from 07:30 am with a range of beverages. An easy check out procedure on departure. One thing that has to be said is that my partner and I found the room somewhat over warm through the night, despite the fact that we had turned off the radiator. A reason that occurred to us was that with the room being at the top of the property, perhaps it was a case of all the heat from below rising. Overall though, very highly recommended.
