Ko‘olauloa District Ski Holidays

Room was clean but small. Balcony is nice to have. No in room coffee maker or microwave. Had a couple of minor issues but the staff was very quick to assist. All staff were great. I highly recomend if your looking for a nice budget hotel in a really great location with super nice staff.

Always the best. Have been staying here for years, both for vacation and business related trips. 5 stars all around!

Excellent staff and facilities. Pool and restaurant services were top notch. Friendly and helpful at every turn. A little limited with options for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Dolphin pool was entertaining and educational. Very peaceful alternative to downtown Waikiki.

I’m a local and I love this old Hawaiian vibe. It really reminded me of how Hawaiian suites used to be and feel. The staff was nice, valet parking was very nice! What we love most was the 12pm check out. It allowed us to sleep in, which we needed!

First night arriving we had an issue in the room we were assigned, it was brought up to the front desk. The original room had to be shut down and they were wonderful in giving us a different room which turned out to be better than expected. It was our first time in Hawaii and the room upgrade made our experience on the island so much better. Thank you to the staff especially Marissa for the wonderful experience at the resort.

Basic, clean, did the job. If it’s no frills central location, great views if you have a high floor and front view then this works. Bathrooms could do with an overhaul but it was clean.
