Breakfast was not included and only option was expensive buffet breakfast.

Excellent facility, specious and comfy, the appliances were used and not very hygienic and in need of a deep clean. Staff are very friendly, this was my 2nd year of coming to Farnborough and staying at HQ I will still book again next year.

Well appointed and grand property with excellent attention to detail. Quiet and intimate. Loved it.

Better lighting in car park when it's dark. Difficult to see where the disabled spaces are

The manager of the hotel was amazing . He treated us like his personal guests . He took extra care to sort the parking . The breakfast and restaurant staff were equally good . Made our trip to Southampton memorable . Thank you

Excellent location in the heart of Clifton village. Well appointed apartment, parking not guaranteed but plenty of off street parking nearby. Overall excellent value for money.

The room was absolute beautiful and I loved the little touches. The feature walls, double bath and shower were stunning. The bed was comfortable and I liked the separate sofas area. I loved the dim lighting, it added to the ambience and the tvs were huge. Its probably the best room I have ever stayed in. It was cold in the room and I had spoken to reception to turn the heating on but it was still cold. None of the radiators worked but the room was large and I assumed it will take some time to heat up. By that time, I got in to bed and warmed up. Becarful of the hot taps, they were very very hot!
