"Great place for a stop over. My husband even commented on how efficient and fast the check in process was with a trainee. Very kind. The only down side is that the complimentary Hoppa Bus is no longer so use public transportation. Bus 105 or 111 will drop you from LHR to Harlington Corner. "

"Very good value. Good bed and shower and also quiet given the proximity to the airport. Breakfast was good. Only issue was only one lift serving the whole hotel with many guests having large volumes of luggage. Long waits. Mgt could have done more to explain the problem and when it would be solved. "

"Room was clean but the bedlinen could be a lot better. The duvet cover was worn and bobbled so felt rather rough. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all and the sink was tiny. However the shower was spacious and had a good water jet. Great location."

"This is a solid and affordable lodging choice in the area. It’s a bit loud, because the hallways are not carpeted and therefore you can hear every person walking past your room. There are some stairs to deal with as well, so heavy bags are a hassle. But the staff was very helpful!"
