A perfect stay!

"The hotel was just perfect! Caring and helpful staff, they guided us with everything we needed and was always very enthusiastic in doing so. We were 3 in one room and it was just perfect. Huge beds and all the amenities with high class. My teenagers were very happy :)"

Ibis Liverpool Centre Albert Dock – Liverpool One

"The staff were so friendly and helpful! I got hurt on a walk and one staffer was so sweet. She helped me get some ice and bag it. They were all so Welcoming and kind. The breakfast was good and price was nice! Them having our room was ready early for us was nice as well My only complaint is our roomed smelled faintly of cigarettes. "

Good location for the theatre

"Convenient for lime street and the theatres. It’s expensive in Liverpool to stay in any kind of hotel so the decent ones are c£150 for the sat night. This is one of the best of them in this price range. Breakfast was a bit messy with beans and eggs all over the hot plate whilst the two kitchen staff enjoyed a chat for the 30 mins we were there :( "
