“Great hotel!”

We really enjoyed our stay at Bewleys. This was our first trip (hopefully of many) to Dublin and the surrounding area. This hotel fit our budget but exceeded our expectations. We loved the exterior of the hotel. Whether day or night, it looked amazing. The underground cafe was convenient. Travel from the hotel: The Dublin Bus stop is right outside the hotel as well as the Aircoach to the airport. The Dublin Bus took us right into the city center within 15 minutes. There are always taxis outside the hotel. Neighborhood: on our first day at the hotel, we decided to walk around the neighborhood. We found a small as well as a large grocery store and tons of cafes! So, on nights we were too tired to take the bus back into the city, we walked 5 minutes from our hotel. We never felt like we weren't safe either! Room: We enjoyed our very clean room as well as the beautiful view of the grounds of the hotel. The comforters were very clean and comfy too! I'm a little scared when it comes to hotel's comforters, so this one met my standard! I would definitely recommend (and have) this hotel to my friends and family for a reasonable priced hotel in a great neighborhood.

“Lovely hotel just a hop, skip and jump from the city center”

This lovely hotel was the perfect place to stay the night for our family of four. We booked a Family/Triple room, and when we arrived, the two extra beds for the kids already were set-up. It was clean and quiet (we slept soundly through the night!). It was an inexpensive cab ride away from Dame Street, which is where we met other family, and it was much less costly than most of the other hotels of this quality. I would highly recommend it!

“Very nice hotel”

I went to Dublin to spend time at St.Vincent's hospital. Their web site recommended this hotel. I liked it a lot.

“Amazing hotel and excellent location”

Upon arrival we realized that the pictures of the hotel were not even close to how beautiful this hotel was. Although Dublin was very clean the hotel is located in the cleanest part of the city. There is a bus directly in front of the hotel that comes every 15minutes to take you into the city center and it is walking distance to several pubs and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and made sure to take care of issues very quickly. There is also a great resaurant and pub downstairs if you arrive tired and hungry.

“Lovely hotel - staff especially bar staff couldn't have been nicer”

Lovely hotel, rooms were really nice and the location was perfect, we used the bar and the restuarant and the bar and serving staff couldn't have done enough, although I didn't have breakfast my partner did and he said it was probably one of the best breakfasts (at a very reasonable price) he has ever had - would definately recommend this hotel. The only downside I would say is that they have no residents bar, even till 2 in the morning would be good to get a late drink.

“Historical hotel and location”

Very well situated in suburbs with great public transportation. Also close to restaurants and parks and a great area for those who like to walk.

“Decent Hotel with friendly and helpful staff”

Arrived about 10.30am after a very early morning start (4am). Reception desk didn't have any rooms available but asked if we could come back at 11.30am and they would try and make one available. We went down to the restaurant and had breakfast and when we returned at 11.30 and they had a room ready for us. Very professional but welcoming and friendly. The room itself was on the fifth floor and was clean, tidy and very quiet throughout our stay. We went to watch the rugby at the RDS and it was very handy for that - about a two minute walk. We caught the bus from outside the hotel into the centre of dublin to explore on Sunday - cost 1.6 Euros per adult and 0.80 per child - took about fifteen minutes and was very easy. We didn't eat evening meals in the hotel but had breakfast each day - it was a little on the expensive side (as others have commented) but it was hot, there was good variety and it was good quality so we didn't mind too much. Overall we were pretty pleased with the hotel and would definately stay there again.
