First, the window (right by our 9-year-old's bed) could open fully and the railing did not go high enough to prevent someone falling out, with a five floor drop below. The hotel fixed this by locking the window shut. Secondly, our requests for extra drinking glasses did not come to anything, and the number of glasses dwindled to one during our stay. Otherwise great. "

"It was greats. They were doing renovations so the elevator was closed but they brought our bags to our room for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are small but we expected that in France. You could easily hear other doors open and close but luckily no one came in late (also wore earplugs too which helped). Location is excellent. Close to metro and not far from Eiffel Tower."

"We booked a family room which turned out to be two rooms. We were given an Eiffel Tower view which was amazing. Rooms are a bit small but very modern and very clean. The hotel is very modern, the only issue was construction in the entry which made it difficult to walk in. Hotel is in a great area with many restaurants in the area and it’s attached to a shopping mall that has cafe’s and even a market.
