"We have stayed at this property several times before and we are never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
The only suggestion is to have a pillow menu as the pillows were too hard and too high. "

"It was neat and tidy. Good place for kids we had a large amount of kids there is a park for the little ones and a fun pirate pool for the big ones also a baby pool. Excellent place to stay!"
"The property was very clean. Very close to the Reef Fleet Terminal for boat trips. There are many restaurants in the area. You can go walking. Friendly staff. We arrived early at the hotel, and they stored our luggage in the lobby so we could go out and explore the area before our actual check-in time."
"This hotel is in a great location, close to everything, the marina, night markets, the esplanade. It’s a bit dated, but the staff are doing their best to offset this by being very attentive and accommodating. I especially enjoy the pool, it may be the largest around Cairns and it never seems crowded. My favourite hotel in this place."

"You can judge quality by the quality of sunbeds. And they’ve got nice ones. Also you can tell 5 star by the quality of service received especially during breakfast as they waft around tidying plates but unnoticed as subtle. Mix up with paying twice but resolved satisfactorily. Quality products in bathroom. Definitely would stay again and recommend "
