"Our stay was good. Amazing location, within walking distance to so much… Times Square, subway stations, broadway shows, hundreds of restaurants, and not too far to walk to Central Park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and as expected, but it was cold. Heat didn’t work so they brought us a space heater. Made all the difference. Not perfect, but overall a great place to stay. I would stay again. "

"I called to let them know we would be arriving late. Advised they would notate it. Had no problems checking in. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety. Floor though around the food was sticky. Scrambled eggs were cold. Had to warm them up in a microwave. Aadvised syagf but do not know if eggs were heated afterwards. Overall it was a pleasant stay after a ling day of traveling. "

Quiet neighborhood especially on weekends, with great options nearby for coffee and breakfast. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room felt like an average hotel room. The bathroom felt a bit smaller than other hotels I’ve been in. The a/c in the room made quite a bit of noise when it kicked in. "Great location for getting around. Hotel is newer so everything seems cleaner. Has kitchen but only 1 office chair, which isn’t very functional and very uncomfortable. Two smaller kitchen chairs would have worked well, they is room for them! Breakfast was just okay and always big lineups, between 6-7 am is best but still lineups. Rooftop at hotel is beautiful, but drinks are way over priced. Location is the best thing about this hotel!"

"The way the Pod hotels are set up are unique to them. Its clean, well maintained and the facilities are great. Bar next door and roof top gardern are great, coffee shop downstairs and another gardern area. Everytbing you need to keep costs low while you explore the city "

"We had a very nice stay in our suite with two adults, two teens. The rooms are on the larger side for NYC, and comfortable. Air conditioning very good. The best things about the hotel are its location and great staff. The front desk folks were great and Jeff really helped me get through the issues with booking cars. Thanks very much, Jeff! We would definitely stay here again."

"Had a good stay at the Walker Hotel! The room was tiny as many others have said but my husband and I found it fine for the 2 of us and we didn't spend much time in the room. Was difficult to get around him to get out of the bed as there's only one side to get in and the beds are very tall, but that wasn't a big problem. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were very flat and weren't great for my neck. The speakeasy downstairs was great and the bar in the lobby had great coffee but you...
