"Sparkling newish hotel that offers better than many Hol Inn experience. Attentive staff. Spotless rooms and common areas. Good showers and decent sound proofing. Free breakfast is ample. Even kep my previous quiet room for me. Cannot fault it at good value price."

"Lovely room but restaurant service is slow. Lots of time when there was no one in the restaurant. At breakfast we sat down on our own accord as there was no one around,after what seemed like a long time, I got us the menus and eventually someone came to take the order. They need more staff and better trained staff."

"We were given a disability room off the car park so not in the main building. So no view of anything except a fence 18” from our window. Not sure why hotels think people with disabilities don’t need a surface to put their toiletries on in the bathroom. I find this in every room of this category we’ve stayed in. "
