"If you're looking for the Ritz this place isn't for you, but the hotel is clean, tidy conveniently located within 5 minute walking distance to 2 stations and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, nice Breakfast included, free parking, great value in central London, couldn't ask for more.Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back next time we're in London. "Double room was small but cosy and clean, in the best location for access to shops, shows and food, staff couldn’t be more helpful, we dropped out bags before check in and they were in our room when we checked in later, they also brought them back out for us after we again used to the storage room after checking out, such nice touches!"
