"Very simple rooms. Difficulty to take shower or wash hands using soup only by shower head. Staff not able to help you in organizing or providing help to do any trips. However; Great breakfast buffet, everywhere clean, great central location, polite staff. Worth money spent in this expensive hotels area. "

"I unexpectedly had a 1 day layover in Helsinki and had to make arrangements last minute. If you are a woman alone traveling and need a fast and safe place to stay this is absolutely a great choice. The shuttle was on time, the hotel was clean and accommodating. My room was small as expected but clean and comfortable, perfect for one person. The restaurant was good as well and the server was a delightful man with a sense of humor. If I’m ever in this situation again I won’t hesitate to come back....

"The room was small, but friendly and functional. The reception personnel let's you email your boarding pass to the hotel, and they print it out - very convenient. The breakfast is richer than I have seen at any hotel in a long time - It is a meal, complete with vegetables! I successfully went clothes shopping in nearby (walking distance) shopping mall. Finally, staff calls you a Taxi with a single button presd, and the taxi shows up in 3 minutes - every time. Impressive."

"Perfect hotel for one day in Helsinki on the way home from a science experiment in Lapland. Simple to find and super easy to get to and from the airport. Breakfast buffet was awesome. "

"It is a very good modern concept. Basically, I have to do everything from bookings to check in. However, it is easy to get help when needed, when needed. I like the idea of possibility of using a gym nearby. "
