"The room was well proportioned, neat and clean. Bathroom was a great size. Fridge had complinentary milk for tea and coffee , also bottles of water which was very welcome. Bed was very comfy with a good view of the tv which offered netflix"

"Stayed here for 2 days as we explored the Cotswold area. We had room 29. Spacious, but had low beams in room so watch your head if your tall. Heat was turned off when we got to room on a cold day. Took 4-5 hours to get room warmed up to comfortably temperature. Had nice meal in their bar and beakfast was good. Friendly staff. "

An easy walk to shopping areas of the Promenade and High Street, and for Montepellier Park for the Cheltenham Jazz Festival. "Stayed in a cosy double for two nights and had a lovely time. Perfectly situated in the town within easy reach of amenities and other sights. Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant was nice, lovely garden for drinks. Breakfast was a little lacking on the portion size. All the staff we encountered were absolutely amazing and very nice "

"Enjoyed our stay at Colwall Park Hotel. We went to RHS Malvern Flower Festival and this was a great location being just a few miles away. Nice big room with large comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, great couple of days in lovely part of the country."

"The hotel is easy to find, great parking, ability to eat at the hotel and sit in a nice beer garden. If you have mobility issues make sure you request ground floor room as there are lots of stairs and long corridors. I stayed in a deluxe room which was advertised as bigger than average. Overall pleasing colour decor. Tea, coffee , water . Now to be picky - the mattresses on the single beds pushed together to represent a" king size bed " need replacing . The shower area needs to be bleached....

"Great location and views - excellent food and service - a shame the bar did not have any local beers such as Hook Norton (only a few miles away). Chalet type room - basic (not a problem) the shower room was as big as the bedroom. There was a musty smell - leaving all windows open seemed to improve this. The carpet needs to be replaced - it appeared to have cement footprints on it."
