"We had a lovely stay at this property over the new year period, room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Not a lot local to the hotel but tram to city very frequently running outside so that didn’t really bother us! Would definitely stay again and are hoping to return sometime this year."

" It was lovely to be recognised and welcomed by reception staff on arrival!! The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful and our room 221 contained all we needed inc safe, tea/coffee, big TV and soft cosy bed! Rooms were fresh, clean, and perfectly laid out. Breakfast contained wide range of food for all nationalities with staff quickly topping up when plates trays and bowls of food disappeared by hungry tourists!! Stepping out side trams were at our disposal but we walked where ever we could....

"Basically you cross the street and you are in the old section of the city so that right there makes this a great place to stay. The breakfast is really good and the front desk staff are really nice. I would definitely stay there again. The room was quite big."

"The location of this hotel was perfect. 5 mins walk to the main square in the old town. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Staff were freindly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Buffet breakfast was good and there were subtle changes every day. The bar closed quite early, but that was probably due to demand."

"Great location situated on Grodska, castle, cathedral, rynek square, st Mary’s basilica all within 3-5 minutes walk. Collected keys from office on florianska, 5 mins from main train station, staff great. Highly recommend "

"It was amazing room was fantastic. We had massages at spa. Was wonderful and very very clean. Their restaurant was very fresh food. And breakfast buffet was really good. We will definitely stay there again when we come to this area."

"First room was next to tram lines and trams thundered by every minute. Tram frequency slowed down over night but didn't stop. First night no sleep. Polonia changed my room to a quieter room for rest of stay. Decor of second room not as nice but room was quiet. Grateful staff were able to accommodate. Staff very frienhly. Restaurant was excellent. Location excellent--near rail station and Old Town Square. "

"Really nice service, everyone super friendly and helpful and amazing. Great location, walkable to everywhere and next to tram, bus, bike and scooter parking and 3 markets max 10 meters away. Really warm rooms, duvet and bed, even after had to convince to let us turn on the ac, at night it was unbearable! And bed too uncomfortable and had given in."
