"Excellent location "

"Staff were really nice and welcoming and could not do enough for you. The rooms were spotless. The light show every night was brilliant and something I’ve not seen before in a hotel. Breakfast was great with so many options. In two occasions we had free gifts sent to the room including a Portuguese tart and little biscuits. If you chose not to have your room cleaned for one day they provide a €5 voucher to use at the bar. It’s in a great location which isn’t too far from the centre. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Fabulous location and wonderful staff. Our room had a huge balcony with a fabulous view of the city. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop bar. It was my second time staying there and the hotel left me a thank you note with a split of port wine to welcome me back. What a wonderful gesture. "Clean room, great shower after long day of touring. Courteous + helpful front desk staff. ( Hugo, Felipe,Daniel + few others). Nice touch of having a Fado performance at restaurant on Tues nite.Enjoyed balcony view of decorated streets + buildings. Only negative was elevator out of service for one day + had to walk up + down 4 flights several times."

The location couldn't be better - perfectly situated for exploring the city's main attractions and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly helpful in making dinner reservations for us at some fantastic local restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight of each morning. The quality and presentation were consistently excellent. Overall, Esqina Cosmopolitan Lodge exceeded our expectations.
