"Clean room "

"The stay was amazing and the food was very tasty, I did have one accident in my room there was an unexpected leak and I did fall on the floor due to the issue. I am a senior citizen so I immediately notified the front desk and they sent up a “matienance worker” who verified it was a “leak” and helped me off the floor then moved me into a whole different room… other than that everyone was very professional. Thank you. "

"Parking is horrible and I disliked the point that you have to go outside to get elevator to go to the 40 dollar parking at night . "

"The staff was great and hospitable… They handle an issue with an early morning fire alarm prank with grace and made sure all guest received a complimentary breakfast for the disturbance… Lennox square is within a 2 minute walk and had a great time… Thank you Montel for taking care of me during my stay… "
