"The rooms and common areas are opulent and luxurious. The grounds are wonderfully manicured with exceptional views out to the sea. There is even a haunted castle ruin on site! All the staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Andrea who looked after my family and I on our short stay. Without a doubt, one of the prettiest hotels in Scotland! "

"We stayed here in May 2025 and really enjoyed it. This time we booked a sea view feature room to celebrate our 40th anniversary. It had an amazing view of the rock pools and the en-suite had a freestanding copper bathtub. We were going to watch some of the World Cup highlights on the TV in our room however it didn’t have BBC iPlayer or itvx however we did bring a chromecast device to connect Netflix and iPlayer from our iPhone but unfortunately on the very last part of connection “something went...

"A gorgeous area to visit and the house was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Definitely a unique place to stay but one of my favorites. The hosts were both amazing and I hope to be back!"
