It's located in a quieter area but close enough to everywhere else that it doesn't feel isolated. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Marzia, in particular, was very helpful when we checked in. My biggest complaint was the loud bathroom noises coming from the pipes intermittently throughout the night. "Beautiful hotel"

"My room had a very nice overview of the park and the Hamburg area. First thing that I did after dropping off my bags at the room was to take a walk through the park, there is also a Planetarium located in this park that I did not get around to visiting - next time. The S-train stops are a short walk away and run very frequently, there's also a bus stop 5min walk away just around the corner from the hotel - this way you can plan your journey together via S-train and bus and have a shorter walk...

For the price the breakfast lag the variety of fruit and pastries. Cloth drier did not work well. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice."
