"The service provided by the employees at this property was exceptional. The team provided assistance with airport transfers and transfers to a cruise ship. Email communication was prompt and on the ground service was the best we have received in Europe. The hotel location on the water was safe and convenient short walk to main tourist sites. Restaurant recommendation for dinner was non-touristy, local food and very affordable. This was a great hotel experience -we will definitely return!!"

"Not the greatest room probably because I booked it through Expedia. Easy access from the cruise terminal via water taxi and easy access to the airport via water taxi. Staff was great as was the location. We did not dine in the restaurant but did enjoy cocktails in the bar. The concierge recommended a restaurant that was loud and sort of uncouth. "This is a lovely hotel! Its situated on beautifully maintained acreage. Shuttle service($5 euros per person)is great so you'll be at the Marco Polo Airport in literally 3 minutes!! The restaurant has fabulous food!! Breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. Paolo runs the bar and restaurant in the evening and he is awesome! One mention that travelers should be aware of is the restaurant hours. It is open for breakfast from 4:30 am- 10am Monday-Saturday! Dinner is from 6:30 pm also Monday...

"We were given a room that had a small staircase leading up to the bed, which gave us space to leave our suitcase in the landing, keeping the bed area clutter free. we had three windows that let a lot of light in. this is rare in Venice!! the bed was good and firm, bathroom was clean. would stay here again!"

"Charming boutique hotel adjacent to the famous Rialto bridge. Water taxi’s were available just outside the front door. Excellent restaurant next door too. Within walking distance to many sites in Venice. Staff was outstanding and went the extra mile to make sure your stay was great. Only complaint was the AC did not cool the room at all.
