"Rooms are neat and tidy, staff are polite and helpful. Definitely recommed the hotel. Though the dinner options are very less within the hotel for Vegetarians, and almost no dinings options outside the hotel as well. So come prepared accordingly"

"The Malmaison is in an old prison, close to the train station and close to areas of interest in Oxford. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Our room was comfortable, but the lack of a refrigerator was disappointing. (The staff was happy to deliver a bucket of ice upon request.) We enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant. There were also excellent lunch and dinner options within an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others."

"Great check-in. Clear instructions. Friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. The only issue was that the sink was blocked. Upon reporting, it was sorted out very quickly. I would love to have had the bar stay open lknger than the 11 PM"

"The privilege twin room I booked was excellent in terms of amenities (ironing board and iron, kettle and tea stuff, fridge (complimentary water and Pepsis), Nespresso machine and capsules, bathrobes and slippers, and decor. The only critical comment I would say is that the room was very warm at night and the fridge was placed inside a cupboard and not ventilated so it was also overheated and contributed to the temperature in the room. I’m sure this can be easily remedied. Overall a great stay...

"We have visited The Swan at Streatley 5+ times in total over the past few years. For us, as we live relatively locally, it's a nice place to get away and enjoy a night away from home. Cleanliness is superb, as you should expect, as is comfort. All rooms, whichever size, are brilliant. However, the ones near the stairs, such as 21 I believe, have some noise if people are heavy on the stairs. However not a reason not to say and I believe they're one of the cheapest rooms. "Nothing was too much trouble. We were staying as a family 16 of us for our mothers funeral and they were kind and welcoming . Breakfast was great - fabulous to have a gluten free section all of its own. Fridge in room was a great feature. Pity it did not contain fresh milk for tea and coffee. Better for the environment than the little plastic containers - which you need two of for each cup of tea/coffee. The restaurant Food was good - although a little over priced. "

"The hotel was fantastic, the room clean with a very comfortable bed, all facilities in bedroom hair dryer, tea making and toiletries, all the staff very friendly and polite especially Kayley at check in and out and a special shout out to Nat who was friendly, informative and nothing was to much bother Only slight downside had a bar meal on the Friday night starters came out at different times mine was eaten before my wife’s came out and the pizza was burnt on the bottom "
