"A solid independent property. I recommend ignoring the breakfast vouchers unless you need to watch your Pennie’s. Using them is like telling the staff it’s not worth paying attention to you. Not luxury, but a great Times Square experience in the heart of the theater district."

"Very convenient and serviceable hotel. Condition is rather run down (dated decor; lumpy carpets installed over uneven floors; leaky faucets and old/wearing grout; cramped layout) but the bed and bedding are new and comfortable, and everything works fine. You can't beat the location, right across the street from Lincoln Center!! And an Amorino gelato opened recently next door, so your late-night post-opera snack is there for the trying!"

"Beautiful locations, we didn’t like no fridge , no coffee machine. The water in the shower kept dripping, we couldn’t do anything. I told them about it. Didn’t get fix. The cleaning staff is excellent housekeeping is fantastic. "

"Very nice hotel, but generally dark in most areas. Entering at street level into a dark space with no direction that the lobby is on the next floor was unacceptable. Service at the lovely lobby bar was not up to the standards expected at this level hotel. Very slow and not crowded. Very nice room with a great view and amenities. "

"The staff was amazing and treated my family with such care. They even sent a special treat up to the room for my daughter’s 8th birthday (we did not ask for anything. They just saw at check in that it was her birthday and did it on their own. They even gave her a hand written card). Beautiful view, spacious room, top notch amenities. "

"The rooms are small with great views (we were on the 43rd floor facing the Empire State Building skyline, which was amazing). Bar food was tasty and enclosed rooftop was relaxing. Easy (free weekend) street parking and restaurants are walkable. "

There’s nothing I could say negative about the facility except for the seventh floor, bartender and young lady never came back to ask us if we wanted anything. How was our drinks? How was our food at the end of night tapped out my intentions, was not to leave her a tip she tipped herself a $10 tip that wasn’t cool with me or That wasn’t my intentions to give her a tip, but it’s OK. She felt like she needed that by all means help yourself to...
