"Checkin was a breeze, in particular Michele and Chiara were so helpful in particular with assistance to the new Venice token system. This is a less stressful option in lieu of staying at Venice itself without the crowds. Trains are only a few Euros and flexible also when departing."

"Nice Venician property but we could not get a/c working so needed to leave windows open and tons of mosquitos came in. Wasnt able to sleep with the buzzing after an international trip it was hard."

"What can I say, it’s Murano! Room was nice, but overly warm. Apparently, there is a regulation that you cannot have AC before a certain date. But the hotel was very clean and for the most part, quiet. Since we were hot we had to have the window open and there was noise outside, as well as a few mosquitos. "

We had a partial view room and it was still breath taking and beautiful. The facility was super clean as well . Gave us great restaurant recommendations. "The staff were very welcoming. Everyone spoke English with me which was great since I didn’t know nearly enough Italian to get by. The room was quaint. Not quite what I expected but very nice. The heat wasn’t working week but they had provided plenty of extra blankets. The view of the Rialto bridge and grand canal right outside my window was just perfect. Would highly recommend. "

"We took a private taxi and disembark at the entrance of the hotel. Our room had 3 floor to ceiling windows that opened to a courtyard, but had double shutters for quiet. The courtyard was next to a gondola stand, and though we’ve been to Venice before, we took a gondola ride for the first time this visit. The receptionists were all very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and we have no complaints. "
