"The hotel location is very convenient, 20 minutes walk to Rossio Train Station, beautiful parks around, the metro station across the street from the hotel, AC, great bathroom, great staff, my room was next to the elevator and I hadn’t heard a thing, it’s obvious that rooms are soundproof. "

"The staff were very helpful with arranging tours and also had great restaurant suggestions. We were very comfortable walking to restaurants and shopping from the hotel. There were also treats in the room each evening when we returned ! The room was also very well appointed . We will definitely stay there again. "

"The bed was comfortable and the staff was great. I didn’t like the bathroom design at all. No privacy for couples and it is impossible to shower and not get the floor wet. Bad shower design which is common in a lot of non luxury hotels in Portugal."

"The hotel is centrally located in a very nice and safe part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and available amenities very nice. The only issue we ran into was that the restaurant recommendations from the staff were terrible. Do NOT eat at Gina’s - some of the worst food of the trip."

"Stay in this hotel every Time I come to Lisbon. This time it was €100 higher per night than when I was here in July. We’ll have to think twice about coming back at the new price but if everything‘s gone up It going then I’m sure I’ll stay here again."

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels ever have stayed in. The decor is stunning and they even play live piano and violin at breakfast. The breakfast is also amazing and buffet style. The garden is beautiful and very relaxing The spa with jacuzzi is a bonus. I've noticed some lower score reviews for the hotel where people had stayed in the lower floor basement rooms. We had one of these at first then they upgraded us free of charge without asking. I think people should be aware that you get...

"Great central location next to the Martin Moniz Park. Very courteous staff and wonderful rooftop bar. The Varanda Restaurant is one of the best in the city with 270 degree views of Lisbon but, plan on reserving a table one to two days in advance."
