"Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were BEYOND amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the bar/coffee shop staff to the chef were the friendliest we encountered on our trip — and that's saying a lot! The location as perfect for sightseeing in Belfast. Breakfast was phenomenal. And our spacious room with the little loft above the main bed was perfect for our family of three. We would 1000% stay here again. "

"Amazing stay! Staff all over the hotel were so pleasant. Nothing was too much for them. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night, along with breakfast on 2 mornings and each sitting was lovely. Food was fresh and not overpriced at all. Location of the hotel is perfect for a short city break as everything is just a short walk. We will be back!"

"Very central location and great suite for a longer stay as it’s got a kitchenette. Renovations at the property meant some hiccups at checkin and the lift at times was out of service, which I could see being an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Staff dealt with problems promptly and were very courteous. "
