"Staff super nice , cleaning staff was top tier we spent the day exploring and came back to a clean room even straightened the stuff we had on the night stand . Hotel location was amazing everything was within walking distance, most definitely staying here again if ever in New York "

"This is a great entry-level option for Manhattan. The Lincoln Center/Upper West Side location is especially convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby; Starbucks, The Smith, and more/and it’s ideal if you work in the area. It’s not luxury, and the rooms feel a bit dated (likely unchanged since the ’90s), but everything is clean, well-kept, and organized. The pricing is fair for what you get, and some rooms offer nice views. One tip: avoid interior rooms if possible. Overall, a solid, dependable stay with consistently friendly staff."

"Very clean room. Reception staff ok, they are very quick to get you away from the desk. Happend a few times. Housekeeping lady on floor 33 was lovely. Made sure we were ok everyday, after a day of not feeling well. "

"Great Location to everything! The pool was a hit with the kids and LandShark pub for the adults ! All of the staff were very helpful throughout our stay! "

"Great staff. Clean room with tv, a bed, a closet, a chair, a bathtub - a great price but few amenities. I had to ask for paper cups ( no glasses) or coffee or chargers. The lobby was striking art deco and there was a café in the hotel where you could get coffee. Also a great location if you want to enjoy Broadway shows and Times Square."
