"The property was well situated and the room was very acceptable. What I didn’t like was the car transfer from the airport arranged by the concierge … a half hour ride with an average driver cost over $400 … almost a third again on the price of the room .. I felt ripped off. I know it wasn’t the hotel’s car but it reflects badly on them "

And, you can't beat the location--directly across the street from the Walt Disney Concert Hall and caddie-corner from The Music Center.
