    This was the worst experience of my Hotels.com life. I arrived at the office to find that they didn't even know the apartment was being rented out. I had no idea what to do. I called Hotels.com and they reached out to Global Luxury Suites. GLS sent me a move in document which should have been sent before I arrived. I had to walk over the plants to the pool gate to find the lock box. The unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I had to lug all of my luggage up 3 flights in 90 degree weather. The HVAC unit was stuck on heat and the apartment got up to 85 degrees before I found someone to help me turn it off. The bathtub was clogged and I had to shower in a pool of water. Spiders in the bed. Ants in the bathroom. I literally went to the store and had to buy bug spray and cleaning supplies. No cable TV. only local channels. Furniture was nice though.…
