Top A Case History Hotel Reviews
Village Hotel Liverpool
8/10 Good
"Room was tired and clean, staff were pleasant and helpful."
The Everglades Park Hotel

"Comfortable beds and excellently friendly staff"
OYO Lakeside Haydock Hotel, St Helens, A580 East Lancs, Garswood Old Road

"Very good"
The Eccleston Hotel, BW Signature Collection
8/10 Good
"Parking was easy. Check-in was slow due to a solo staff member serving people drinking, card for the room didn't work so I had to return to the reception to get the card reprogrammed. Room was large with quite a lot of road noise (no surprise, it's on a main road). Breakfast was basic but the poached eggs were cooked very well. Staff were very busy, not so professional when older members of kitchen staff can be heard talking about younger bar/serving staff members in a negative way. Save it for the kitchen. I would stay again."
The Queens Arms Apartments
10/10 Excellent
"To start, I have rated comms with the host as OK because I didn't need any; check-in info came promptly as promised. The apartment was lovely; couldn't ask for better. There was a bit of noise from the pub downstairs but this didn't bother me at all. Other clientele seemd to be homeless people but again, doesn't bother me as I keep myself to myself. You would be well advised to keep a paper copy of all the door codes etc (entirely no keys), as routing through emails to find them can be a pain. The parking is a bit of a pain as you have you unlock a bollard to park, then then it again when you leave. This wasn't a problem for me in flat 1 but it may be a problem in flats 3 & 4 as their parking was frequently blocked by pub users double parking."
Liverpool Gateway Inn
10/10 Excellent
"1st night was terrible but when approached the staff where excellent and throughout the stay extended by 2 nights to 6 in all could not have done more. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and will possibly be using it again if expected occasion happens"

"Great spot for our family visiting the area"
Park Cottage Bed & Breakfast near Burtonwood
10/10 Excellent
"The host was there to greet us which was nice and gave us a tour of the property. The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious and had a lovely big bathroom ( maybe consider a rail in the shower to hold on to) as well as a big sofa in the bedroom to chill. There is not kettle in the room however it's a short walk to the communal kitchen for to make a cuppa or food. Your allocated a shelf in the fridge to store food. We had 2 chihuahuas with us and they had a lovely space to run about as long as its away from the kennels. We had breakfast 1 morning which was excellent, Zac went far and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Just one minor problem we had was some disturbance from the dogs barking and as we are animal lovers it didn't bother us through the day but we had a couple of nights restless sleep, so maybe bring a pair of ear plugs with you.mind you if it hadn't of been so hot the windows and doors would of been closed and we wouldn't of heard them much. Zac runs about like a busy bee and never sits down, overall a beautiful place to stay."
Room in town centre
10/10 Excellent
"Viktor was welcoming & so very helpful. The location is walking distance to everything fun, like the World of Glass Museum & the Transportation museum. And not far from lovely strolls along the canal. Stellar place to stay. The room had a microwave, an electric kettle and a clothes stand to hang my clothes. Also one large chest of drawers as well as a small chest of drawers and a lovely mirror. Well recommended!"
